Revlon Nearly Naked range.............

If you follow me on Instagram I'm sure you will of seen that I picked up the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation and matching powder.

I have been using it now for 3 days and my first impressions are that I love it!!
It is completely different to what I imagined, I was expecting a very sheer formula with little or no coverage, when in fact what I have found is a fantastic medium cover foundation.

Are you going to try Nearly Naked?

Barry M greenberry NOTD.....

Its been a while since my last NOTD so I thought it time I put that right!!

I have to share with you Greenberry from the Gelly range by Barry M.

This beautiful colour is new for spring and completely beautiful.
It is very nearly a perfect Tiffany & Co Blue, all the more to love.

The formula applied beautifully, this is just 2 coats.

I am a massive fan of the glitter polishes and magnetic range from Barry M, with a few favorites from the standard range too. Having tried this Gelly Polish tho, I must admit I'm a convert. At £3.99 I think they are a great price. I really hope that they continue to add to the range.

What do you think of the Gelly range?

Nanshy Brushes, AMAZING..............

I was recently sent some brushes from BeautyStore4U, to review and share with you. They are from a new brand that I hadn't heard about before called Nanshy.

One of the reasons I was so keen to try out these brushes was the fact that Nanshy are 100% cruelty free. Something close to my heart and something that I am looking into more and more.

The set of 4 Foundation Brushes gives you 4 different brushes to allow you to personalize your foundation routine to best suit your needs.

I featured the angled Kabuki in my January favorites earlier this month, it has quickly become my go to foundation brush. I simply love the velvety finish it gives my foundation and how quickly it allows me to apply. It really is a holy grail brush for me.

The brushes offer excellent value for money costing £9.95 for one, or the complete set for just £29.95 which in my opinion is an excellent price for such great quality brushes.

You can buy them from BeautyStore4U, who also stock lots of other fantastic brands, such as Coastal Scents and Z Palette

I really am so pleased that I was offered the chance to try these brushes as I am completely sold and a total devotee.
Will you be giving them a go?

January Favorites 2013......

Who can believe that dreary January is already over, I for one am glad and cannot wait to see some of the better weather very soon.

My favorites this month were harder to put together as I have been doing face of the week, although in some ways I enjoyed this, in others I have found that It has left me feeling a lil less excited about doing my face and finding what I love for the month.

I also feel like I didnt have as many favorites this month...

What do you think???

Chanel Illusion D'Ombre Mirfique..............

Chanel is a brand that I adore, I don't have a local counter which is probably a good thing for my purse.

I have had these pictures saved for this post since long before Christmas, I like to photograph my products before I use them as I think they just look prettier, lol.
I picked up Mirfique in November as I thought it would be perfect for the festive party season.
It is part of the Illusion D'Ombre range and is a pretty black with tiny sparkles.

This is the 2nd Illusion shadow that I have tried from Chanel and I love the formula of these long lasting shadows. They have a formula that is in between a cream and a mousse.
They feel exceptionally light and don't crease.

Mirfique works fantastically in so many ways and it very versatile. I have used it as a liner for a soft black look with a pretty sparkle and as both a lid and crease colour.
If I use it as a lid colour I have enjoyed layering it over Blackground paint pot from MAC to make it super black and dramatic.

So if you are looking for a little piece of Luxury with some sparkle, these shadows may be for you!!!

MUA Blushers, shade 4 and 5.........

Hi Everyone!! Hope you are all having a fab weekend!!
I have had these two blushes from MUA in my collection for a fair while now. They are from the original £1 range and come in 6 shades. I have shades 4 a pretty coral and shade 5 pink toned blush.

4 and 5

These blushes are super pigmented and very easy to blend on the skin, they don't look or feel powdery  all in all a great formula. I find that they are long lasting and don't oxidize and change colour on skin as the day goes on. Something I find you can get with other blushes both from the drugstore and high end.

When you use these blushes they feel far more expensive than £1, they a fantastic price and offer a great value and good quality way of experimenting with blush shades that you may not normally go for.

You can get MUA from selected branches of Superdrug or On line.

Have you tried these blushes? What shades do you have your eye on?
