Butter London Disco Biscuit NOTD..................

Yayyyy, now the better light is here, I will be able to share some more Nail Of The Day posts with you.
And today's offering is something rather lovely.....

Meet Disco Biscuit from Butter London.

These pictures were taken in natural sunlight.

Disco Biscuit is a jelly based fuchsia polish with blue micro glitter. Its super pretty.

I had to use 4 coats for the finish above as I like an opaque finish. The natural nail line was still a little visible, something I'm not usually that keen on.
I don't know if its the micro glitter but its not too obvious. This polish dries quite quickly to what I would call a demi matte finish, so I topped it off with a clear top coat as I like a nice shine.

I was impressed with how this polish applied and I do like the colour, its pretty. I will tho try out an opaque pink as a base next time.
I will definitely try out some of the other Butter London polishes in the future, What shades do you recommend?

Butter London Gorgeousness.........

I have seen so much in the blog sphere about Butter London that I decided that it was time to pop my cherry and try out the brand. I particularly wanted to try out the fab new Lippy range consisting of 5 shades, all with a matching polish.

I ordered from Cute Cosmetics after I saw Nic ( The Strawberry Blonde) review Trout Pout on her blog. I cant believe the service, I only placed my order at 10pm Monday eve and through my door came my parcel today.
Here is what I got.....

OMG!!!
What can I say apart from beautiful!!!! I chose Disco Biscuit from the 2012 collection and boy it doesn't disappoint. Its a bright tropical pink with blue micro sparkles running through. Its beautiful.

The Lippy I chose was Primrose hill Picnic, a gorgeous bright pink. The texture of these is really lovely, I don't find them to feel gloppy or sticky at all. And as for the smell, all I can say is DIVINE!!!!
I applied the gloss to take a pic for you and I can honestly say that it is one of the longest lasting glosses I own.

Its LOVE, a new addiction, just want I need, lol.

Primrose Hill Picnic

Will you be picking any of these up??

The Lippys cost £14 and the Polish £12, you can buy them direct from Butter London or from
Cute Cosmetics. They have some fab other tings on there site to, its worth checking out!!

Let me know what shade of the range you have your eye on!!!!
