Out The Door Top Coat

Although the name calls this 'Purple' we can all see that is a definite pink :))

It applied like an dream, beautiful and smooth and dries to a matte finish like most China Glaze Neon's. I'm more of a glossy finish girl and with my usual top coat I had the perfect pink manicure :))
